      Today wasn't too bad

      Barbell Bent Over Row 2 sets 175lb 3/fail 11,10,7
      Row to Chest 2 sets 175lbs 3/fail 5,6,3
      Wide Grip Pullup 2 sets 03/fail 5,3,4
      EZ Curl 2 sets 60lbs 3/fail 14,11,8
      Thumbs Down Lateral Raise 2 sets 30lbs 3/fail 11,8,4 hit speed bag during my rest period. It was he'll on my shoulders
      Barbell Bent Over Shrug 2 sets 150lbs 3/fail 13,10,12

      Looking back it said 2 sets but I did 3.

      Today feels like it shredded my shoulders. Mostly in the speed bag afterward.

      Standing Barbell Shoulder Press 2 sets115lb 3/fail 13,10
      Ring Dips 2 sets bw 3/fail1 2,12
      Medium Grip Bench Press 2 sets 175lbs 3/fail 6,5
      Barbell Curl2 sets 60lbs 3/fail 15,11
      Thumbs Down Lateral Raise 2 sets 30lbs 3/fail 10,7

      Jump rope 5 minutes

      Speedbag 10 minutes practice new techniques then 20 minutes improvement on known techniques

      So last 2 days I have been in the woods. No access to a gym. I feel it's best just to pick up where I left of rather than skip those days. What do you guys think. Would skipping those days also be skipping those gainzzzzz.

      I feel lower rep programs like this or 3x5 and its many variations can be great for beginners, it's helps learn quality reps as long as that's is emphasized to them.

      I want everything to grow though lmao RP 6 day male physique program. I do think chest is my weak spot though. I can squat and deadlift a Lil over 100lbs more than I can bench.

      I think ill post from my pc the formating wored alot better and i didnt have to do 3 or 4 edits from it bunching stuff up. tbh that was a big deterent in my posts last week.
