      So last 2 days I have been in the woods. No access to a gym. I feel it's best just to pick up where I left of rather than skip those days. What do you guys think. Would skipping those days also be skipping those gainzzzzz.

      Today

      Exercise,Sets,Weight,Rep Goal,Rep

      Wide Grip Pullup 2 sets bw 3/fail 6,4
      Assisted Overhand Pullup 2 sets bw 3/fail 6,4
      Barbell Bent Over Row 2 sets 175lb 3/fail 12,9
      Barbell Bent Over Shrug 2 sets 150lb 3/fail 12,9
      Thumbs Down Lateral Raise 2 sets 30lb 3/fail 10,10
      Dumbbell Spider Curl 2 sets 22lb 3/fail 10,9

      5 minutes jump rope

      20 minutes speed bag

      I feel lower rep programs like this or 3x5 and its many variations can be great for beginners, it's helps learn quality reps as long as that's is emphasized to them.
