Looking back it said 2 sets but I did 3.

So last 2 days I have been in the woods. No access to a gym. I feel it's best just to pick up where I left of rather than skip those days. What do you guys think. Would skipping those days also be skipping those gainzzzzz.

I want everything to grow though lmao . I do think chest is my weak spot though. I can squat and deadlift a Lil over 100lbs more than I can bench.
