training the 5x5 and getting my friend into fitness
so at this point we are 1 week through. the program is pretty simple. I was in the middle of a different program but paused it to get my friend into fitness and be his gym partner. currently he is on the begginner 5x5 and im doing the advanced 5x5 both with these added ancilary moves. I thought they complemint the routine well. Most of my updates will be about progress and how i feel. and adding in standing and seated curls on bench day then reverse flys and rows on deadlift day
