      So, a monthly update on stats.

      ?Weight: 194 ( only been focusing on protien, gotta be more conscious of total cals)

      ?Bf= 23%

      Never practiced posses since I don't compete but didn't know what else to do for progress pics and doing nothing felt awkward training the 5x5 and getting my friend into fitness.

      I have seen 3-600 recommended a lot on the forum for first-time cycles. My wife does say I'm a lot more horny while on lol.       300-500 would be a good start. But it’s not all about how much or how little. It’s about how your body responds to it. The lower the better but also diet and training is gonna be key. I know guys that take 250 week and make good gains

      4th Cycle Primo
      Every cycle after “Tren”
      Don’t just jump to Tren. It’s not for everyone and not everyone can handle it.
