Legs today 50mgs Anadrol pre and Ryse energy drink.
Deficit deadlifts worked to a heavy single 505
Stiff leg deadlifts 4sexts to failure just kept it at 225 for the stretch
Seated leg curl 5x15 focused on the squeeze
Hack squat 2x12 by then I was to pumped
Calf press on leg press focused on stretch 4x failure
Leg raise failure
Then walked home 45min cardio lol.
Really need to bring the hamstrings up so this is priority on legs but I think I’m gunna stop bringing my belt because I wasn’t supposed to do heavy dead’s I think it’s just a habit. Pinning later in pecs then chest, back arms and shoulders

Deadlift is my all time favorite to do, I ran so many deadlift programs specifically it’s crazy

Flat iso press 3x8
Incline hammer strength 4x10 then double drop set
Weighed dips 3x5 90lbs
Incline cable fly 3x15
Lat pulldown 3x10
Chest row 3x10
Dumbell pullover 3x10
Triceps pushdown 3x15
Hammer preacher curl 3x fail
Side raise/evese pec dec 3x15
Pinning delt later and did some grocery shopping finally haha hyped to see what the physique will look like in a couple weeks. No work today today so gunna do my usally smoke have 1 beer catch up on some YouTube and just chill till Friday. No training tomorrow

Just did 100mgs Anadrol today and ate like a madman. First job was crazy way to many flights hopefully second won’t be to crazy. Just started to look into some coaches here in NY couple NPC and IFFB PROS guys here in my borough just going to compare price and experience etc. Tomorrow full body touch up just pump work work to end my week

Cable curl/tricep pushdown 3xfail
Side raise 4xfail
V squat machine 3x15-20 first time doing those
Calf raise 4x fail
Massive pump today so plan went accordingly. Didn’t eat much tho the hernia bloat got to me last night and today. Should make up for it this weekend

I hate the v squat machine. Shit hurts my knees. Love the rest tho

Finally back to training after a lil cold. I dropped the Tren just way too much sweating for me at the moment haha. So going to do 100mgs test prop 3-4 days with 100mgs Anadrol.
