Gear came in test prop,tren ace and Anadrol. Will be loggin everything. If I like how I look during the bulk I will do the NPC Steve Stone Classic for my first show. Light heavy’s or middleweight. I will try to train doing a bro split and not my usual upper/lower for more focus on weaknesses. Nutrition will be key since I barely eat as is and when I do it’s not clean. Another thing is sodas when im off at work I go through a pack a day and wonder why I break out 🤣 so here goes nothing. TRAINING starts tomorrow!
