weighed dip 3x5
freemotion lat pulldown 4x10
hammer strength high row 4x10
hammer preacher curl 5x10
csble side raise/reverse pec deck 3x15
legs tomorrow

Next time just start kicking and flexing on the broccoli heads and booty girls till they clear the rack

legs tomorrow. Also may need to re up on AMERIGEAR pre workout. Love that extra strength boost 😫
