      Ok so I did a little insulin experiment for my leg day today. I train very early in the morning- about 5:30 am. So it gets a little difficult timing my humalog with my meals and training. Basically I wake up at 4:45, pin my humalog around 5, eat my meal and then head off to the gym. However I kind of feel like Iím shoving my good in very close to my training time and I have a little bit of a good gut when I start training so sometimes that can hinder my tough working sets.

      So today I tried pinning 12 iu of humalog right when I woke up at 4:45. Then I pinned another 12 iu right when I got to the gym at 5:30. This way I figured that Iíd have a peak throughout my whole workout.

      Results: holy fuck I got light headed and sweaty lol. Even though I had honey and Gatorade on hand I felt like I was out of breath and sweating like a pig. My pumps were pretty insane though.

      Overall Iím glad I tried this app experiment, but I think I had my dosages a little close to one another. I took 24 ius all within an hour of one another and I think thatís too much. In the future Iíll probably stick with ore and post workout

      Ya man itís crazy sometimes I take a dosage and feel nothing and then another day I can take the same amount and feel the hypo symptoms

      Glad your ok buddy! I noticed the only times i DID get hypo symptoms with slin was on a heavy leg training session.. hmmm...anyways! Thanks for logging your experiences Fancy! Gives newbs on insulin, like myself , some insights to be careful with and consider!

      Just got my blood work done and Iím very excited. Although it looks like my test was underdosed (not from victory, taking 500mgs/week) all of my health markers improved greatly.

      I hope this can show that if youíre smart you can stay healthy and use AAS reasonably.

      For my show 6 weeks ago my dosages were off the charts. Up to a gram of tren and mast at one point, and also taking winny, halo, and anavar.

      Now everything is back to normal. In fact my lipids are the best they have ever been. Hereís a layout of some supplements I take for kidney, liver, and lipid health.

      Kidney- astragalus extract
      Liver- NAC TUDCA, turmeric
      Lipid- krill oil, fish oil, citrus bergamot

      My LDL cholesterol dropped 180 points since I last had it tested when I was on a huge cycle 2 months ago, that blows my mind that it dropped so much
