Thread: If you saw this guy at your gym...

Wow.... you would think he was bullshitting if he told you that

we have an asian dude at the gym. he's a power lifter, and dead lifts like 700 and he's a small guy. i know he holds a NJ record. moral of the story is that his body looks soft, and i would much rather look like i could bench 500 then to be able to do it. I'm 35 and I'm strong enough lol. strength just does not matter as long as i look huge and have abbs.

^^Agreed. I do like being strong, but at the end of the day it's what I look like, that's what I really put the work in for. It's not what you can lift, it's what it looks like you could lift!

I want to see him squat…. But that bench at 154 lbs is stupid impressive!!

You know it's real weight when the bench slides a little as you rerack it. Anyone who benches over 160kg should know the feeling all too well!
