Which to me would mean the solid muscle gains are probably closer to 1 LB per week. Make sure you eat fairly clean and get a lot of calories and quality protein, I'm typically between 3800 and 4500 calories and 250 to 280 grams of protein per day and I'm 5'8, 207 LBS and around 8% bodyfat. Started this cycle 6 weeks ago at 193 LBS and around 11% bodyfat.
