      hair loss

      Hey Guys,
One of my mates is getting on in age and thinning pretty bad on his head.

Hes been keen to jump on a cycle for years but is too worried about his hair loss.

Is there anything you can recommend either oral or injectable steriod that wont hurt the hair he has left.

All the males in my family are bald including my mothers dad and grandpa, my dad and his dad. I have a full head of hair and have been cycling for many years with all the harshest compounds. I use Revita shampoo and conditioner made by DS laboratories. I get it off amazon. The conditioner you leave in your hair while you wash your body. When you first use it the stuff feels cool and tingly. My hair grows like weeds now. I almost have to get it cut once a week. I use to use rogaine foam and that kind of worked but nothing like Revita.

      Hope this helps!

Nizoral 2% has also been proven to work using it 2-3 times a week. I'm going to have to try out the revita.

If the end goal is a head full of hair I would go for hair implants. They are expensive but there's a minimal chance of not working. In half year the hair will be fully grown and since the follicles are taken from the back and side of your scalp (areas not prone to male pattern baldness) the chances of that being affected by steroid use are also negligible.

Like I said, it is expensive and it is a small surgical procedure (so be aware of that) but think about how much will you spend in lotions, shampoos, finasteride, etc.

I had it done on the top corners and I love the results (it's been 5 months, the hair is not even fully grown yet). I don't look balding anymore

If he's prone to male pattern baldness (which it sounds like he is) anything he takes will speed up the process but the ones that are DHT based (such as Masteron and Primo) will affect his hairline the most!

I have been considering Implants mainly just to rebuild/Restore my Front receeding hairline a bit.. Not Bad.. Cuz I keep my hair Very Short n Shaved..
ANY IDEAS for GRAY Hair? For someone Like I said who keeps it very close and gets Cut Every 2weeks... So Dyes is Tough solution when your scalp Shows and irs cut off Every2weeks...
MAYBE NOT Possible to Fix?? I only Ask Because Im 30 and the Grays Have Been Taking Over & FAST.. Im about 40% Gray at 30.. My dad was Snow White Doc Brown from Back to the Future @ Age 41.. Obviously genetic and I dont want That!

Mhuddleston if you go down the implants route I would recommend the FUE procedure, instead of the FUT.

The FUT leaves a scar in the back of your scalp that is visible if you use your hair very short (number 1 or 2 buzz). If it's longer you are fine.
The FUE extracts follicle by follicle so the scarring is not visible at all (unless you shaved your hair completely )
Also they might use a thing called A-Cell which is made from pigs bladder to help reduce scarring by a lot.

That being said, it's important to remember FUE is about twice as costly than FUT.
