Need some ideas to throw into my shakes, apart from protein, eggs and bananas, things that will will stack the calories on with out been to sickly

I like to throw in peanut butter or nutella for some extra calories particularly fats.

This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

Mine while bulking are 2 cups milk, 1 cup oats, 1-2 scoops protein powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil. Ends up being around 1,200 calories.

Fucking blueberries are my favorite!! Like the others said, oats, almonds, pb, bananas, any fruit. Some guys do straight dextrose powder.
I love 2 scoops chocolate, 1 cup frozen blueberries, almond milk, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a handful of ice. Killer!
