      Diet advice

      So im at the end of my body recomp cycle witch worked great im 26 5'11" 185lbs 14% bf and im eating 500 over my tdee on mondays 300 over on tuesdays 200 over on Wednesdays and Thursday Friday im eating my TDEE with 45% protein 45% carbs 10% fats Saturday Sunday im eating -200 of my TDEE but 45% fats 45% protein 10% carbs this has worked great during my cycle im off next week so I was wondering how long should I continue eating this way to keep my gains from my cycle...or should I change it I would like to put on a few more pounds over the winter but I dont know if I should keep everything the same or go right in to a bulk off cycle...for my cycle I did 400 mg of test e a week and 450 of tren e a week...need some advice thanks guys

      my advice: Hang tight where u are for another 1-2 weeks after your cycle ends... then very slowly and gradually, increase your calories to bulk up... unless u know how your metabolism works, this is gonna be the best approach to 'learn yourself' so to speak...

      some people can add 1000calories a day right outta the flood gates and others can gain consistantly by adding 200 calories/day every two weeks...people are so different....

      Your right every one is diffrent I been working my ass off for 12 weeks I just dont wana lose my gains or get fat ya know was jw if ya guys had any tips and tricks...

      Rad is right, keep it the same for the first 2 weeks. Then I would suggest upping your fats by 15g from your daily total and carbs by 30g giving you roughly a total of 250 calorie increase and see how your body responds then add accordingly. If you want to do a lean bulk then add food in steady and methodically and watch the mirror and scale to make sure you not gaining too much fat while upping the food
