Not sure if this was meant for me or not but to answer...

Typically 250mg test per week puts my around 1.5k give or take.

And yes I use Proviron at 25mg per day when cruising. Tbh I use provi year round. Only thing that changes is the daily dosage depending on if I’m blasting or cruising, bulking or cutting dosage differs as well
