I wanted to introduce myself to the forum by starting my log here. I'm going to be running various peptide and research chem protocols and I'd like to share my experiences and results here.

I'm 25, 5'5", currently around 195lbs.

A little history on me. A year ago I had gotten to the worst shape of my life. I was way overweight and had to make a change, so I went on a very determined cut to lean out as much as possible.

This was in March of 2014 at 220lbs.

My current peptide/chem protocol is as follows:

-Hexarelin with modgrf1-29 dosed 2-3x a day; morning, postworkout, and another time during the day.
-T3 and tadafil dosed in the morning.
-Igf1 des dosed preworkout.
-Hgh fragment 176-191 prebed.
-Melanotan II dosed once a week.
-PGE1 in various muscles dosed when desired.

Currently my goal is a recomp. I am sort of in recomp mode most of the time with a little focus on bulking or cutting sometimes.

My training is usually high volume, includes lots of dropsets and supersets, etc. Recently I started doing some low volume, high intensity type of training to gain strength. I am slowly now moving back into high volume with the heavier weights I have been using for low volume. My strength has been increasing steadily.

My diet is currently low to moderate carbs. I keep proteins the same and adjust carbs to gain size or drop fat accordingly. I try to keep fats moderate and mostly healthy.

Will be logging all my feelings, results, reviews on products, etc, all here.

I keep tadafil at 6.25-12.5mgs when I run it everyday. Keeps bp in range and gives nice pumps in the gym and bedroom. I've ran it up to 50mgs preworkout for some pretty insane pumps. Large doses can be dangerous if bp drops too low.

There was no particular reason to choose T3 over T4. There is the old thought that the body would only convert what it needed when using T4 but it has been known for years now that the body will convert much more. I will try T4 as well eventually and compare my findings.

With the tadafil start at 6.25mgs daily or eod day. I find daily works better at keeping bp in check. If needed go to 12.5mgs. I like to get away with the lowest dose possible, that way you can avoid any negative sides and you can make the bottle last longer [emoji4]

I don't experience any bad sides from tadafil but some ppl report headaches, etc.

As far as thyroid, wish I could provide you more info but I'm still researching it myself. My past bloodwork has shown low thyroid output possibly related to AAS and peptide use.

I haven't done any bloodwork myself on a specific protocol. I hope to in the future if everything pans out. Thanks for following.

Today's workout

Back

Fasted morning workout. Since I worked out in the morning, I decided to pin my hexarelin and modgrf1-29 as soon as I woke up. Then I dosed the igf1 des postworkout followed by my morning shake of egg whites, oats, creatine, milk, and whey with fish oil. Felt stronger then the last back workout, and according to my training log I am. I am logging my workouts using an app called fitnotes, I've been using it for 2 weeks now. I can see myself get stronger as the app is telling me I'm hitting PRs on certain weights with increased reps. You don't realize this stuff till you track it.

Yea it is motivating to see the progress on paper. The app is very easy to use as well.

Decided to do cardio only today.

35mins on the stairmaster.

I'm thinking of switching things up and doing one day of lifting and one day of cardio. I have been neglecting cardio too much. Time to kick it up a notch.

Needless to say I was soaked. Since I was doing cardio only, instead of igf1 preworkout I dosed 500mcgs of hgh fragment 176-191 instead. This will help me drop that unwanted fat pretty quick!!

Felt great to sweat a ton.

Shoulders today

Seated dumbbell press 5 sets
Rear delt raises 3 sets
Side laterals 4 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press 5 sets
Rear delt fly 5 sets
Barbell shrugs 4 sets

High volume today. I dosed some hgh frag preworkout. I really worked out a nice sweat and great pump. Appetite is back up to normal so had a cheat meal for dinner. I feel a lot stronger then I have ever been, these past 3 weeks on this protocol I have gained a nice amount of strength. Time to up the cardio, will be doing some tomorrow morning.

Ok so I have decided to stop using igf1 des at the moment and am changing the protocol as follows.

-Hexarelin at 100 mcgs with modgrf1-29 at 100 mcgs dosed 2x a day; morning and postworkout.
-T3 at 50 mcgs and tadafil at 12.5mgs dosed in the morning.
-Hgh fragment 176-191 dosed at 500mcgs preworkout and at 250mcgs prebed.
-Melanotan II dosed once a week at 300mcgs.
-PGE1 in various muscles dosed when desired in 10mcg increments.

The main reason I am dropping the igf1 is that I don't want to run any intraworkout carbs. I want to maximize fat loss therefore I decided hgh frag is a better option after trying it preworkout a few times. I decided a hefty dose of 500mcgs preworkout would release a nice amount of fat stores to be burned during training and/or cardio. Prebed another smaller dose of 250mcgs to release more fat stores for fat burning.

I'll report back how I feel on this protocol. I started this today so we'll see how it goes.

Sorry, i forgot to update. Yesterday i took the day off work to take my wife to the doctor, we are on the road to having our second child [emoji4]

We went to the gym in the morning. Therefore I dosed my hgh frag and did 40 mins of fasted cardio on the stairmaster. Man did i sweat bullets, i really feel the frag gets me going. Postworkout I dosed my hexarelin. I'm beginning to get pretty vascular. I need a better camera to take some pics. Even though I have not fully stuck to my diet and have been high on carbs some days, I still am looking leaner everyday. The goal will be to clean up the diet and hammer cardio more as i progress. I believe i have a good chance right now at dropping some serious body fat!

Today's workout

Legs

Leg extensions 2 warmup sets
Hack squats 12 sets
Leg press 4 sets
Standing calf raises 6 sets
Seated leg curls 3 sets

Real high volume day. I fasted almost 25hrs including thru this workout. Only things in me were creatine and aminos. I dosed my hgh frag and some tne/dbol blend preworkout and went to town on my legs. At one point, after the 12 sets of hacks, I felt like I was almost going to vomit. Great pump and good workout!

Yesterday's workout

Chest and biceps

Incline bench press 6 sets
Incline db chest flies 3 sets
Incline db chest press 3 sets
Hammer strength incline press 4 sets
Db curls 3 sets
Hammer strength preacher curls 3 sets

Was very vascular. I can see some more separation in my shoulders and chest. Was a low carb day but had energy to crank out decent sets. The hgh frag helps since it releases fat stores which works great as energy to fuel the workouts. Going to stick to 250mcgs preworkout and prebed.

I weighed in at 193.8lbs this morning. So I have only lost a few lbs so far and I'm looking leaner and fuller, so right on track for the recomp.

Today was cardio only. Did 40 mins on the stairmaster on the fat burning setting. Worked up a very strong sweat and I'm starting to like the feeling post-cardio. I feel energized and loose, like I released a ton of tension off.

I'm feeling and looking leaner but still lots of work to do.

Finally getting my legs to grow. I've been able to avoid irritating my damaged knees (car accident) lately. I've had days where I just breathed funny and my left knee was done for the day and I couldn't train.

My forearms were way too pumped, crippling after a while making the workout difficult. Overall a strong workout, heavier weights are becoming easier. My lats used to be weak and lag pretty bad. They are finally growing to match, bodybuilding is about proportion. I don't want to look like some asshole with no lats and huge delts and arms lol! It was difficult at the end to crank out the reps with my forearms feeling like they are going to burst but I fought thru the pain and had a nice workout.

I usually just run a test base with all the peptides and chems.

Feeling stronger on legs. Diet hasn't been the cleanest so I need to keep working on that.

I added MK-677 at 12.5mgs a night starting last night. Woke up hungry for the first time in a very long time. I also slept great!

Fasted morning workout. Only thing in me was a preworkout drink, hexarelin w/modgrf, and a tne/dbol blend I shot over an hour before. I felt like I could keep going forever. I was very vascular and strong. A total of 38 sets, I couldn't believe it when I was done. Most sets were in the high rep range of 16-22 as well. Feels good to be a beast!

Update time:

I'm up to 198.6lbs as of yesterday morning! This is the heaviest I have weighed in months. I carb loaded on Sunday night, I woke up feeling like death Monday morning. My body felt like it had not processed any of the carbs but I looked full as shit, holy crap it looked like I gained 10lbs of mass over night!

I'm very vascular now, especially during training. Some guy stopped me on Sunday morning as I was hitting delts and asked me how much tren I was on lol he was surprised I wasn't on any.

I'm still playing with the diet and carbs. I still appear to be the same bf% and my waist hasn't budged at all. I decided to keep carbs moderate on training days and a little lower on cardio days. For me this is a recomp, I don't want to drop down to a weight I feel small at again. I rather slowly continue to lose fat and gain muscle till I eventually hit my short term goals.

Started as a strong workout but had some stomach issues. I had not eaten in almost 24hrs, I spent last night vomiting. Not sure what's causing the stomach issues, I may add some probiotics or digestive enzymes to help.

I am still leaning out everyday a little more and more. I'm still looking full, for the first time I see some lower torso veins. My midsection is still carrying quite a bit of fat though.

Legs today

Body squats 3 warmup sets
Hack squats 7 sets+1 warmup set
Standing calf raises 6 sets
Seated leg curls 4 sets

Quick but effective leg workout. I really feel like I am starting to activate my leg muscles alot more during my workouts. I really get a nice pump in my quads and hams. Calves have always been easy for me, kind of like biceps, quick easy pump.

Feeling good and eating good. I started some igf1-LR3 last week at 50mcgs a night. Recomping nicley!

Last night's Training session

Incline dumbbell bench 4 sets- PRs on reps according to my fitnotes app
Flat dumbbell fly 4 sets
Decline hammer strength press 4 sets
Tricep pushdowns 4 sets
Close grip bench (smith machine) 3 sets

Stairmaster 15mins

Worked up a really nice sweat. Wanted to do more chest but I seemed to keep missing the incline hammer strength press whenever it was open, so never got to it. My triceps are really beginning to grow. They are popping out almost as far as my delts from a front view. Strength is steadily increasing but I am winded quicker on sets so I think I am due for donating some blood.

I've changed some things with my peps lately. I've also decided to drop the clen for now. May introduce it the last 2 weeks if I feel it is needed. This morning I looked fairly lean. My appetite is up today but that is probably from the MK-677, I dosed it in the am and prebed yesterday so that gave me a nice hunger increase.

I've been trying this chem off and on for about 5 years but everytime I give it a run it never amounts to anything for me @ 500mg per day. I was wondering what your BF% was at the beginning of this project and was wondering if the 176-191 is having any positive effect that you can separate out from the other items you are taking.

I take mine preworkout, but aside from anecdotal evidence (I feel warm after the injection) my pulse rate does not increase to indicate that perhaps fat is being burned at a higher rate than normal and post workout I would of never have known that I had taken it in the first place.

I do notice in your log that you are observing increased pumps and vascularity but is that translating into actual fat loss results or muscle mass gains?

Stairmaster 15 mins

Have a injured left wrist I am working around so had to cut back a little short and focused on biceps. It's a pain right under the thumb, hurts when there is pressure on it. Or when the wrist is rotated. It was minor but has gotten worse, feels like tendonitis pain. I'll probably be getting some BPC-157 for it.

I weighed in at 186.2lbs. I was shocked, I have been doing cardio constantly but did not realize I dropped this much weight. My last wiegh in couple weeks ago I was up to 197lbs. Now I am paranoid I am losing muscle lol

Sorry for a 1st post, been lifting since 1986 so I've been around for awhile.
I have actually seized the use of hgh frag 176-191 as of last week. It did result in intense workouts and increased energy when taken preworkout. I accredited this to the fat release from lipolysis.

What I conclude with this peptide is it has to be run more consistently. We run ghrps 3-4x a day with a ghrh. Hgh frag attaches to the same receptors as a ghrp and has a similar half life. Now why would we expect enough lipolysis (one function of hgh) when we run a ghrp we administer it multiple times a day to get all the functions of hgh? We shouldn't. We should run hgh frag multiple times a day and with a ghrh in my opinion to effectively use it.

These are my findings from using it. I would recommend. 250mcgs 3-4x a day, one dose being preworkout at 500mcgs. With a ghrh like cjc dac dosed twice a week at 2.5mgs a dose, 5mgs total a week should result in some really nice loss in bf%.

I am definitely leaner now brother but I did not measure bf% nor can I accredit all of it to hgh frag as I only ran it 2x a day max and not consistently enough to reap max benefits.

Have a injured left wrist I am working around so had to cut back a little short and focused on biceps. It's a pain right under the thumb, hurts when there is pressure on it. Or when the wrist is rotated. It was minor but has gotten worse, feels like tendonitis pain. I'll probably be getting some BPC-157 for it.

I weighed in at 186.2lbs. I was shocked, I have been doing cardio constantly but did not realize I dropped this much weight. My last wiegh in couple weeks ago I was up to 197lbs. Now I am paranoid I am losing muscle lol

Are you comfortable at that weight? I'm at 197 now from 205lbs 5'6"... And I felt as I was loosing muscle myself... It's seems like all a mind game.. Want to bulk but not have a beer belly looking stomach. Shits not easy at all... Hopefully clen can be of some help there...

Yes I do because I still feel and look big so i can careless what the scale says lol its all about the mirror to me.

Haven't been to the gym in 6 days. Been eating shitty but staying in calorie range at least.

This is no pump, just got out the shower after eating some non-diet compliant middle eastern food and decided to flex in the mirror. Told my wife to snap a few pics real fast before we went out to take care of some things late last night.

Finally back in the gym last night.


Shoulders


Rear delt fly machine 4 sets
Lateral dumbbell raises 6 sets
Hammer strength shoulder press 6 sets
Seated dumbbell press 3 sets
Dumbbell shrugs superset with one-arm standing dumbbell press 3 sets each


After 8 days of no gym, finally back. Weights felt a little heavier then I remember. Felt kind of weak and rundown but a great workout overall. Was able to hit a total of 22 sets and lots of sets had reps of 16 so overall I am happy with the performance. Felt great to be training again. I was hitting set after set with very minimal down time in between. Kept the pump going as much as possible.

Probably the best leg workout I have gotten....EVER! The pump was incredible! I was sent a new pwo by a company called GSN to try. This stuff had me energetic....I was shocked to say the least as most preworkouts barely do shit for me, nothing ever gives me an energy boost like this. I usually hate leg days to be honest, especially with my injured knees. Not last night, I crippled my quads, hams and calves and loved every damn second of it. What was crazy was the endurance, I kept going and going sets that I was planning to hit 12-16 I was hitting 20-22 reps. My app kept telling me I was hitting PRs for reps on these weights. Within the first 10 mins I was dripping sweat. I really smoked my quads hard, when I got home they were soo pumped it looked like they grew on the spot. My pants felt tighter around them. So excited!!! If I can manage to have more leg workouts like this I will finally grow these little limbs into some real tree trunks!!

And this preworkout really has me pumped. I could not believe the energy on it and it has less caffeine then the one I was using before. Now I know I am very immune to stimulants and caffeine almost does nothing for me. I can have caffeine and go to bed right after no problem. It does have 1000mgs of agmatine sulfate which to me has always been more effective then both arginine and citrulline malate so the pumps were expected. What really threw me off was the energy and just feeling that I had the extra energy is enough to take my workouts to the next level.

I'm enjoying this preworkout I am trying out. I really feel the energy and focus come on. I haven't flat barbell benched in 6+ months. I felt weaker for sure but was able to put in some respectable reps. My hands have been slipping off of the bar lately. I'm thinking about getting a nice pair of gloves, ones that possibly have the built in lifting straps so I can easily have the ability to switch between workouts quickly. Also while on gh peps the increased gh levels and water retention makes my hands very sweaty which makes gripping the bar correctly difficult. I'm sick of these minor little things holding back my workouts. If anyone knows of a good pair of gloves like what I am looking for please point me in the right direction. I am willing to pay more for better quality.

Decided to try working out in the morning prior to work. Woke up at 4am and was at the gym by 5am when the doors open. Had a great back workout, pumps were very nice. My grip began to fail towards the end so I did 3 quick sets of light weight deads to pump my lower back and kick the intensity up before I headed out. I'm still sweating an hour and a half postworkout. Timed the carbs right and I'm a fat melting furnace!!!

My cycle is pretty much over at this point. Last peps shot on Saturday. I'm traveling for work and will be pretty much off of everything for a few days. I'm going to start my ghrp6 and cjc dac run first week of April. Plan is 200mcgs of ghrp6 2-3x a day, 10mgs dac a week, and 12.5mgs of MK-677 prebed. Along side of this will be cruising on 200mgs of test a week which I started last week. Will try and test igf1 levels after 4 weeks.

Workout was strong. Lots of quality reps. Going to be a little tough eating and training while traveling but will see what I can do when I get there.

Very disappointing leg day today. I was sooo pumped on this preworkout supplement and 2ccs of a tne/sdrol/dbol blend a buddy gave me to try.

I start off with a clean 5 sets of leg extensions, I'm feeling great and strong. I jump to hack squats, second set I tweak my injured left knee. I stop the set and attempt to stretch, get the blood flowing, and regroup. Get back on and no the pain is unbearable. So I decided to give it a break in hopes of returning and completing a solid leg workout.

So I decide to go do some incline bench press for a good 6 sets and then warm up my knees again with some light weight extensions. Ok feels fine, I get back on the hack squat and the pain comes right back instantly. I drop the weight and crank out another set. At this point I am beyond frustrated and getting really pissed off.

I finished with some leg curls and went home. Sooo pissed, what a waste....

Nice chest workout today. Chest was a little sore from the incline bench press I did on leg day while trying to recuperate from my knee. Got in some nice sets though, chest was nicely pumped. Worked on focusing on each rep and contracting the muscle. Feeling weak on flat bench but eventually I will work back up to some respectable numbers.

I've used MK-677 on 3 separate runs. First time I used it at 25mgs every morning. Definite increase in recovery, strength, hunger, and nitrogen retention. I did have water retention and bp rise at this dose. I used it with 5mgs a week of cjc dac. The results were good. I lost fat and gained muscle mass. It starts working pretty quickly. It's said to mimic 2-4iu of gh at 25mgs a day.

Second time I used it alone at 37.5mgs a day. The bloat was worse, really bothered my hands as they would swell up. The results were again very good. It is alot more convenient then dosing say ghrp2 a number of times a day. The fact that it initiates a number of small pulses (12-14) a day just keeps the gh flowing in the body which is great for increasing igf1 levels. Skin begins to glow, vascularity increases, it becomes easier to drop fat even if not eating a 100% clean but keep in mind dirty foods will add to the water retention and bloat.

This last time I added MK-677 at 12.5mgs prebed to the stack I was running outlined at the beginning of this thread. After I read it should not interfere with the other peps, I was excited to introduce it as the nitrogen retention on MK-677 is very good. Since I was on other peps and my goal was a recomp I went with a lower dose.

At this dose I literally experience very little sides. The hands still swell a bit but the sides are alot more bearable for me. I began to see very good results as soon as I added it. The synergy with the other peps was great!! Sleep is very deep and restful using it prebed which is huge for recovery.

I recommend using it prebed or am at a dose of 12.5mg to 25mg depending on goals. For a bulk 25mgs is great. For a cut, a lower dose of 12.5mgs prebed seems to work very nicely.

I plan to continue using it long term at 12.5mgs per night. Studies used it for up to a year at doses as high as 100mgs per day with no adverse effects. So it seems very safe to run long term. Things to watch out for is the water retention and rise in bp for some. The water retention is from intracellular dehydration and potassium depletion. So staying hydrated and supplementing with some potassium and taurine helps prevent the water retention. Also, the use of igf1lr3 at a low dose seems to help eliminate the bloat as well, since lr3 will shuttle the carbs and water into the muscles instead.

No MK-677 does not interfere with PCT, it has no effect on HPTA functions in regard to testosterone. Think of this as on the gh side of things.

I bought some rehband knee sleeves. These made a world of difference, I didn't have to worry too much about tweaking my knee. They were warm and supported very well.

I felt I could go forever!! I actually ended up late for work cuz I was at the gym longer then usual. I got stronger as the workout progressed, especially on the hack squats!!

I had a banana and scoop of GSN nitronox preworkout. The pumps and energy was very good to say the least. I'm loving this!!

Definitely starting to see significant strength increases. Weight feels lighter to me. Had to cut stiff leg deads short from the back pumps, my lower back was on fire. Leg press was done high stance using the heels to focus on the hams. Went pretty hard on the calf extensions, couldn't believe the weight I was able to crank out, my app shows the first 4 sets as PRs, I might regret it today lol!

I really pushed the reps today. I've been bloated the past 2 days and holding lots of water. So I went low carb today and only had one meal at work which is hours before training. I was basically training on an empty stomach. I suspect the cjc dac combined with certain carbs over the weekend bloated me. Nonetheless, the chest pump was ridiculous. I fought through rep after rep as I sipped on a 50g carb shake. I had no gas in me as I pushed thru smith machine bench and tricep press. Great workout!!

I really smoked my lats with the initial 7 sets of hammer strength row. I do these one arm at a time, I actually do most machines this way. I cut the dumbbell rows short cuz I felt I was putting pressure on my hernia, don't need an injury. The close grip cable pull downs I really stretch all the way to the top on every rep, my forearms and lats were on fire. Ended with some db shrugs. I was really pumped and freaky with the veins. My Wife said I looked the craziest she's ever seen me when she snapped that pic I posted this morning.

Got a sharp pain in my inner left knee on the 4th set of hacks. Hate when that happens, it's an old injury from 2010. I tried to regather myself and attempted a 5th set but the pain was there and it prevents me from fully bending my knee, so I stopped there. Was pretty pissed. Finished off with calves and some bicep work.

I added 40mcgs of clen starting yesterday morning.

Clen works so quickly. I went from bloated gut to abs showing with veins in my obliques in a day. Nice drop in water weight for sure. I was just shaving and I had the shakes bad lol. My beard is probably crooked but that's ok ;)

Today I did something a little different. Woke up shot slin (nov R), 30 mins later had a meal. Waited an hour dosed 4ml of synthetine. 15mins later, trained chest and back (I changed my split/training style starting today as well). I'm going to be doing a 3 day split going forward chest/back, legs, & shoulders/arms. I'm focusing on heavy compound movements mostly. Heavy weight. Low volume.

Chest & back

Decline barbell bench press 4 sets
Incline barbell bench press 3 sets
Lat pull downs 4 sets
Hammer strength rows 4 sets

I haven't barbell benched in a while so I had to get used to things a bit. I loved the pump and the sweat was intense. I was surprised since I was doing lower reps but I did go as heavy as I could. Still will need to work on figuring out where I am strength wise so I can focus on being in the 6-12 rep range. Time to pack on thickness!!!

I was very vascular from the synthetine combined with slin, I sipped on a carb shake intra. Postworkout I dosed ghrp2, cjc no dac, and bpc157 subq; then had a meal 15-20mins later. I'm following a clean and basic diet, that is high protein, high carb, and moderate fat.

This combination of supps and training style is incredible. I literally grew during this session, with every rep my entire upper body was getting fuller and more vascular. Had to cut it short towards the end, my wrists and hands were almost completely numb and I couldn't grip the weights anymore. I'm pounding down the food and loving it. Just got in some whey, haven't used whey in months. Adding 3 shakes a day on top of what I am eating now.

I really went as heavy as possible. Sets were 14, 12, 10, 6-8 for the most part. Having a goal number of reps to go for helps me push things to the extreme to try and hit those reps. Once it becomes easy to hit that rep, I raise the weight. I'm feeling this is very effective so far. I am having some of the best workouts I've ever had and it boggles my mind because I was always a high volume guy.

I've lowered my doses in half the past couple weeks and I'm still gaining strength and size. Today I loaded up 320lbs on the hammer strength row, 160lbs on each side and pulled it for reps. 160lbs on v-bar close grip lat pulldowns for reps, felt great. I was smoked.

Postworkout was a cheat meal of chinese food :)

Back in the gym after an entire week off. Feels good. I pushed the same weights as last leg workout except I was able to push most sets for a couple more reps. Strength is still climbing. I know the deca will help with pushing the heavier weights.

This past week was the first week of my cruise on 250mg cyp and 300mg deca per week. I only trained once this entire week. I feel recovered and ready. This coming week I'm going to push my strength to the max.

I'm also using injectable dbol at 25mgs a day. A week in I feel agression is up and that cocky feel good attitude. Will see how it effects my strength.

Within a week I dropped the dbol. My liver showed signs of stress, I had been using orals prior so best to stay off of them for a while.

I plan to cruise through the end of the year and probably thru January of next year as well. I'm keeping the deca throughout the cruise.

Regardless, I am still hitting it hard as much as I can. Still on low doses of test cyp and deca. I'm still gaining strength but I have raised my rep ranges.

A couple of weeks ago I joined a much better gym. I have been enjoying all the new machines. I started training abs last week. I hadn't trained them in probably over a year and I have never actually consistently trained them before. I'm going to try and stick to training them 2-3x a week.

I find the deca helps tremendously with joints. I would usually ache, especially my knees. I've been pushing heavier weight no issues at all. Says alot in my opinion. I can see keeping a low dose of deca around just for those benefits.

After new years I am going to run some npp every three days and see if it works any different than deca. Heard some good stuff about it. I honestly like the feel of short esters. This is my forth blast and I am starting to see some results. Not quite at your level yet but I am working on it.

Strength is still rising and I feel I am progressing well. I started dieting already. Plan is to get shredded by July.

I'll try and keep this log updated going forward. I started cutting April 1st. Goal is to be shredded by July.

184.6lbs this AM. Had a whey shake upon waking with 20mgs dbol and 200mcgs T4. Had to take a drive for an early appointment. We ate breakfast at IHOP. Had a country fried steak, 2 eggs (sunny side up), and 3 harvest pancakes with sugar free syrup. Coffee to drink. One tab metformin post meal.

I have been really motivated and focused lately. I've noticed it significantly at work. I was kicking ass and taking names all week lol. Test and dbol is definitely a feel good combo.

Current concoction is,

1500mgs test cyp weekly
40mgs dbol split, 20mgs AM and 20mgs evening/preworkout
200mcgs T4 in the AM
Metformin 2x a day after Meals #2 and #4 (biggest carb meals)
4mLs synthetine preworkout
20mgs tadalafil in the AM
Liv52 DS 2 tabs AM and 2 tabs evenings
Cholesterol pro (citrus bergamot) 2 tabs AM and 2 tabs evenings
Blood Builder (iron supplement) 1 tab AM and 1 tab evenings
Omeprazole 1 tab in the AM
Super enzymes in evenings post meal #4

Taking a small break from peps. Will probably start doing 1mg ipam prebed to help recovery and fat loss

Felt stronger then usual today but was feeling hypo during the workout. Not sure why. Preworkout I dosed 4ml synthetine, 20mg dbol, 250mcgs of hexarelin, and took a scoop of the curse pwo mix. Hex may have been the reason for the hypo feeling since I took a break from peps the past few weeks. Had a shake intra.

Postworkout meal was chicken, rice, and beans. Just had a protein bar. Will have a shake prebed.

I decided to go back to my 4-day split. Reason being is the lower carbs are making it hard to hit bigger muscles like chest and shoulders on the same day. I also run out of time to hit traps on back day.

I feel like I get more out of the workout at the higher reps. Moderate weight, high reps will keep you from injuring yourself as well. Heavy weights are detrimental to the body.

I agree. Especially after turning 40. My joints can't take the beating anymore. Moderate weight with controlled reps has been keeping me injury free.

I am a big fan of varied reps too. I done everything from 50 to 5 reps today and feel great. Although it's very rare I ever go below 10 reps.

Hahaha. I like going from 18-22 on the lightest weight to 6-8 on the heaviest. Best of both worlds to me. I still tax my strength while getting a great pump. My training has improved greatly over the years but it has always been "nonstandard" I go by feel really. Been lifting since I was 15, I'll be 27 this year.

I haven't done any incline barbell bench in a long time. I can't even remember. It used to be one of my goto exercises years ago. Everything felt heavy. The pump was strong. I think this drol is starting to kick in hard and attribute to these pumps. It was hard to crank the reps out by the time I got to the hammer strength.

For triceps we supersetted the last two exercises. The Wife was with me doing her push day so she got in on these and we alternated supersetting them on a very odd cable machine lol. The weight on this thing felt odd. It was like pulling on rubber bands. The tension on the triceps was intense because of this causing a very strong pump. Great workout overall.

Postworkout meal was steak, rice, and homemade guacamole.

I'm not the only one who throws in a little frosted flakes! Love those things. Packed with frickin sugar but we just burn that right off. I'm doing close to the same split but I put legs and shoulders and abs together. Thinking about splitting them up within the next few weeks. Put more volume into my legs that way. Nice work on arms.

I love cereal in general! I try not to have too much and grab certain brands that have less sugars but I still have some of the more tasty ones. I honestly don't think cereal is that bad. Like you said it's the sugar you have to mainly watch.

I tried combining big muscle groups like that and found it hard from an energy and time standpoint. I would be burned out before I got to the second group and started running out of time so volume began to suffer. Don't get me wrong it can be done properly but it's not for everyone.

Took 50mgs drol and 75mg TNE about 2hrs preworkout. Took 200mcg hex/ 500mcg frag/400mg synthetine before leaving to the gym. Sipped on a pwo mix on the way. Had a whey, taurine, and banana shake intra. Very nice workout. I felt strong and focused. Hit it pretty hard with over 30 sets in just an hour. The pump was great. I'm really enjoying the pressing machines as I can really focus on the contraction. I decided to do something different with db laterals and do them one arm at a time to really focus. Worked great, I think I'll do them this way from now on to really isolate the side head of each shoulder. The rear delt db flies I do on the incline bench. I hang my head just over the end and with my arms hanging down and perform the fly movement. Hadn't done these in a while and they gave a very nice burn. My rear delt was very pumped today. It's probably the biggest I have seen it get so far. I'm proud to be bringing it up to speed with the rest of my shoulders.

I used the rope on the cables to perform upright rows. This is another I hadn't done in way long probably years. Got a great burn. Finished off with some plate loaded machine shrugs for the monster traps!

Postworkout had two homemade burgers. Then had a protein bar an hour later.

The pump was insane!! I literally thought my pecs were going to explode. I made sure every rep counted. After the first exercise my pecs were already on fire. I pushed thru the rest of the workout admittedly pushing past the limits. I had to calm down on the flies to prevent injury because the pump was real intense but I felt soo strong I just wanted to keep going. All this energy may be from the overeating this holiday weekend. I woke up pretty bloated and fat this morning.

I'll weigh in the morning.

Postworkout was chicken, rice, and some avocado. Had a protein bar an hour later. Focused on getting in lots of protein today and calmed the carbs down.

Prebed I will dose 500mcgs ipam and 200mcgs of peg mgf. Will have another whey shake with taurine as well.

Separating things and making sure to hit all the heads of the delt really has made a difference for my shoulders. The upright rows on cables are great, it keeps constant tension on the muscle. The burn is great!

Fasted workout again this morning.

Preworkout concoction: 50mg drol, 25mg inj dbol, 75mg TNE, 20mg sdrol, 20mg tadalafil, 500mcg gh frag, 2ml synthetine, and a scoop of mr hyde pwo powder.

Had a whey shake with taurine intra.

I am liking the dosing of gear preworkout, especially while carbs and cals are lower. Had a great strong workout. Recovery is somewhat slower with less food but not a big deal since I am training each body part once a week. I haven't even been doing any cardio. With good diet and intense training it is not needed. I am sweating bullets every workout anyway. Don't get me wrong cardio is still good for the health benefits. Just not always required to lose fat.

I started fasting on Monday so no food during the day other then a whey shake early morning. I break my fast in the evening postworkout so training is completed fasted on an empty stomach. As can be imagined energy levels were down some and endurance was not there. I felt like my first set of each exercise was all I had energy for then I struggled through to get the reps where I wanted them on the remaining sets. Still was a good workout and had a strong pump going. At this point in the cut I am just preserving mass and knocking out that last bit of fat and water.

Postworkout meal was 2 steak wraps on pita with beans, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro and some cheese.

What compounds ru running and ru switching every 6 weeks or so? I'm running 900mg test e & 900 mg tren e but kinda feel like I'm at a plateau ...not exactly sure what to switch up. I'm thinking of swapping out the test for sust

I missed a couple weeks when I traveled for work. I am back doing the shots but I switched things up. I'm doing (2) 3ml shots in the upper chest on each side. So 6ml in each upper pec. This feels and looks better to me.

I'm using 750mg test cyp and 300mg mast prop. Then whatever I dose preworkout. Ipamorelin prebed.

I'd drop the tren. Tren gets counterproductive for me after some weeks. Run the sust at 750mg a week. How's the diet and training? You may be not eating enough and over training. Consider adding an oral preworkout depending on your goals.

Was that the synthol 877? I was reading a good article on how it can stretch the muscle fibers so the potential for growth is there after the synthol dissipates. My calves could use some lol.

No its syntherol from synthetek. It definitely works. I saw improvement in my pecs pretty quickly.

I never got my wife started on any test or any aas. She reached a new low of 131lbs so she's reached her previous goals. She just using some T3 at 25mcgs, 2x a day.

Hey brother!! Hit it hard. I used to hate training hamstrings, now I enjoy pumping them up. Find what works for you and once you start seeing the gains the un-fun becomes very FUN!

I like doing the lying ham curls or the kneeling (standing) leg curls. Really hits the hams, full stretch and contract.

I have shit knees as well. Just have to work around them. Knee sleeves help. I use the blue ones from Rehband sometimes.

184 nice work bro. I'm up to 176 myself. Starting to feel some differences with my arms and shoulders. I'm thinking my next cycle will be eq at 600mgs a week and test at around 600mgs as well for a 20 week blast. Throwing in some tne and a few others like mk677.
I like EQ but noticed after a while the anxiety gets to be too much. I want to run a bulk with test, deca, and EQ and keep the deca and EQ at lower doses to prevent sides.

MK677 is perfect for bulking. I haven't found anything that puts on immediate mass better then MK.

Great to be back in the gym. Fasted evening training. It takes some will to train 18hrs fasted. I usually go to bed close to midnight and don't eat till postworkout at 830pm the following day. It's insane that I can still get a decent pump. The Wife and I trained together today. We started with dumbbell presses, then hit a pressing machine, before finishing off chest with some pec flies. Was pretty burnt out. Hit some high rep sets of rope push down to pump the triceps before heading out.

Postworkout had a subway sandwich on wheat with roast beef, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumbers, and jalapeņos.

I have to admit, the first week I was an asshole. I think we all get that way when hungry. The Wife and I were at each other's necks lol. You just have to mentally understand you're fasting and move on. It helps keeping busy too.

Today's was a steak torta with pinto beans (heated on oven then mashed and used as a spread), lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, avocado, and cilantro. Of course touched up with some salsa verde, my tongues on fire. I had another one a little over half the size of this one after.
