Working 17 hour days any one know any good routines I can do on the weekends

So come Tuesday. I'm working 17 hour days. From. 7AM till. 1:30 AM. Building scaffolds at a power plant from Monday. Till Friday and I'll have week ends off and still want to go to the gym any one know any good routines. For a two days a week that can help me keep my gains and any one know any type of gear to help with energy ?

I do those kinds of hours a couple months out of the year and working out has to stop completely , especially when it's 18 hour days Mon - Sunday. Your body needs sleep. It's only five days bro call it a break. Then go back to it hard.

Yea unless its long term, just rest bro. I worked 12hr days 6 days a week for years and would train for 2 or 3 hours after work. It was really counter productive the only reason i got far doing it is because I was a little younger and my body responds to high volume good. I also had to eat an insane amount of calries I mean unhealthy by even powerlifting calroie standards

With 12's it's still a bit rough but picture you working the 17 or 18 thats five or six hours you have. Even working the 17 or 18 with the drive to work everyday you are only getting 4 hours of sleep or somewhere around there.

To me sleep/rest is more important if it's only a week.

When I work 12's I change my routine and hit the weights before work, then no stress to hit them after you are all burnt out and shit.

Sounds rough man. I work 6 on 6 off for a month or better. I'm able to work out on my on hours at least though. I don't know I would sleep and maybe catch a quick 30-45 min workout on Sundays to maintain maybe. That's hard man

You have to rest as much as we dont always want to. If you are going to be in a long term situation of long hours everyday, then you can try hitting the weights in the morning after breakfast very high intensity and short gym time. and your days off work hit your longer sessions like legs and back.

You can throw in things like peptides and natty gh boosters and things to help sleep more rest full. But nothing can really replace a solid 6-8 hours sleep.

I have horrible insomnia problems myself and I'm sure I would be on a higher level than I am if I could get better sleep some how.
