Use your hard earned education to educate others. My nephews have come a long way in a short time because they were given the proper knowledge and used it religiously. A lot of high school athletic programs do some form of training and you’ll see most of them doing bouncing bench presses and dumbbell curls. When they do squat, there’s no form or technique taught, just moving weight.
One thing I’ve learned as I’ve gotten stronger and older also is to not always go for just more weight. Don’t get me wrong throwing up a big number is awesome, but hitting something you’ve safely hit before for a single for multiple reps is a safer alternative for your joints in my book than going balls out all the time.
