      always wonder why peeps do the egg white thing...whole eggs aren't going to make u fat or raise your cholesterol altho these are mainstream beliefs (myths)
      .... maybe its for another reason ? I down 4-6+ eggs daily, never raised my cholesterol, per bloods.... legit research will tell u the same thing

      agree with Primemuscles posts, way low in healthy fats (which do not make u fat) and way too much carbs <in general, that's one reason this country is FAT....too many carbs/sugars

      just my 3 pennies

      I agree Delta. Whole eggs get a bad rap for no reason. I eat 4-6 per day as well and my cholesterol is in check. And you’re absolutely right; fat does not make you fat. Heavy carbs is a sure fire way to get fat as well as a mistimed diet or not properly customized based off of ones metabolism and activity level as well as how they respond to and digest what they’re eating

      lol glad you appreciate my humor. But for real though why do you think them country boys is so big? Steaks & eggs, grits and collard greens. Being from the south those are staple foods in my diet. All are nutritious and delicious

      Ya I agree with prime fats is too low. I’d also replace the deli meat with better quality meat as well.

      Idk how that’s over 1000 carbs. Doesn’t seem to add up to me

      i`did`a quick cal of the food and got roughly 3100 cal unless pb means half a jar everytime its used then the numbers are off unless them deli samiches are some how giant
