Repost to new section in hopes of getting more input

Thinking about doing Keto, just started hgh 3ui a day, not currently running any gear.

My main concern: Will I lose muscle and will hgh help mitigate that? Any precautions or protocols I should follow to maximize results?

5' 8'' maybe close to 20% BF, not sure.

I do have Clen on hand, left over from a previous cycle last year.

Should I change my workout routine, lower weight more reps?

Any thoughts on introducing intermittent fasting somewhere in the process.
