      Got a new BullMastiff Puppy named D-Bol and might follow his Diet for a cutting phase, lol

      Just got me a new puppy a few weeks back. He is now approx 5 months old and I been feeding him nothing but raw foods - that being the case, going to follow his exact same programming the best I can just to be a guinea pig and see if/how it might work for humans. Should be fun. the majority of his typical day is;

      Ground up chicken quarters (bone and all)
      Chicken Livers
      Chicken gizzards and hearts
      Green beans
      Watermelon
      Eggs with shell
      Cottage Cheese
      Plain Greek Yogurt
      Canned pumpkin
      a bit of local honey for some sweet taste
      the occasional handful of Lucky Charms, lol

      Disclaimers - all his food is raw. I will not eat the above meats raw but will find ways to cook as clean as possible. Who knows, maybe I can do the Liver King deal and eat the liver/gizzards/hearts raw, lol. Just gotta do some research on making hamburger like patties out of the ground up chicken leg quarter w bone. Anyone know if its healthy or safe for humans to eat animal/chicken bones?

      This is all just for fun guys so dont rip me a new a**hole about how dangerous egg shells are or anything else above. Bottom line, my dog obviously eats super lean and I simply wanna try to follow suit for my next cutting cycle. If i find out something on his list is truly detrimental to human health then i will delete it and/or replace with something else just as clean.

      As always, remaining respectfully and humbly,

      A local turkey farm makes dog food out of the ground gizzard, extra meat, bones, etc. I've squished it into flat meatball sized patties fried for a few min and ate them. You just can't chew from the bone bits, hence the small bite size patties, you'll be fine bro eat up lol.

      Cute puppy, I love dogs
