i purchased clen and was thinking about using it but i do high intensity cardio 1-2x a week and everything i read said that wasn't advised. is that not true?

probably start with about 15mcg a day maybe move to 20 later
Ok ran 15mcg this morning took Turine and potassium keeping hydrated. I have not really felt anything maybe a little hunger? Normal??
Yeah it's a very low dose but it's better to be safe than sorry. Maybe do 20 tomorrow. Go slow

if ur wanting to add a lil muscle id cut back on the running a lil bit.......... and adjust carbs and protien and fats to find a spot where u can add muscle and lose fat, it took me a year of changin my diet up to find out what worked best for me...
I have cut the calories back and running down a bit for the next two weeks. At 20MCG feeling very slight gitters on occasion but no other issues. Tested BP this morning 110/70 so seems ok.
It is safe to start my var cycle as soon as I finish this?
