Good thread and great input Bombarinos.
I've started using IGF1 LR3 IM in biceps btw, hopefully it helps them as they are way lagging most body parts ( never trained them much in isolation and it got worse following tendinitis in both forearms). IM seems to bring a stronger effect than subq, this cycle at 40mg preworkout but will probably increase a little next cycle.
Need to read more about insulin, a little risky but good to have another weapon that doesn't mess up with HPTA.
Are gains from Insulin long lasting ? HGh has a good rep in this regard, talked to a guy at the gym today I hadn't met for several weeks. Besides him looking quite good, i used to be surprised at how many sets he would do with very little rest - i'm not sure how he worked out today but he seems to have melted in those few weeks - i'm guessing he's finished an aas cycle and it isn't going great. Are similar losses common when discontinuing Insulin ?

I would leave insulin alone . If Biceps are lagging I would do 1 Bicep exercise on Back day for 3/4 sets Max . Arm day do not do more than 2 exercises and 4 sets . If you are overworking them they will not grow . All to often I see individuals do the same exercises over and over . Try smith machine curls . The obvious answer for most is to workout harder but that’s not the case .
Good luck

Thanks DWBO, i follow a mostly powerlifitng routine though, so no arm day, and often no Biceps exercise whatsoever. It was like this already before that long break from lifting. Yet read Jamie Lewis' book recently and he warns not working bis is good way to tear one when deadlifting, plus Bis look ridiculous now, and soft, with the tendonitis I can't really flex them without hurting so it looks worse than ever. But pinning TB500 and starting to do 3/4 sets of cable bis 2 to 3 times a week, hopefully it helps.
Not thinking of Insulin because of biceps btw, but wondering if that would be a better next step rather than adding aas to the mix (HGH, IGF and Clomid so far)

Thanks for your input mate. It seems as though legitimate IGF-1 LR3 is one of the hardest peptides to get your hands on unfortunately. In Australia anyway. I'll have a look around.
