What dosage have you noticed fat loss on GH?
I’ve been on 2ius for many weeks and have noticed zero fat loss. Although it wasn’t my goal to lose any but I’ll gladly take it if it does happen. I’m assuming fur rapid fat loss would be around 6ius per day?

I had some nice recomp effects running 4iu. It’s a long term game with GH. It was about 4 months in I saw real progress. That said, it could have been 4 months of good diet that was mostly responsible.

What is considered many weeks? 2,4,6 weeks. I started to notice around 8 weeks maybe little less at 4iu ED. Split doses 2iu morning 2iu night. 3 times a day would be better and would burn more fat but do to my job cant fo afternoon shot. Did you do hgh serum or IGF test for the hgh your running?

Im gonna say the diet is most likely the cause. Everyone I’ve talked to says they noticed fat loss when they finally got their diet under control. I think I’m just starting to figure out that their isn’t a single drug or supplement in this game that causes weight loss. It’s all diet. Which is a good thing.

Im going on 6 weeks now. Zero results but I do seem to have better sleep. My goal wasn’t to burn fat, but if it happens then of course that’s a bonus. I’m getting blood work hopefully next week.

First and foremost Gh is a long term investment... Diet is key.. And always get bloods especially igf so it will determine if your gh is legit and confirming and raising igf levels.... Gh takes time to shine...also are you drinking alot of water and what other compounds are you running alongside of it...

I find that I lose the most fat with or without GH When I go about 500 calorie deficit low carb low fat and keep most of my carbs centered around workouts. At least a gallon of water a day. Ideally 2.

It is diet dependent and not all gh is created equal. I do not gain any weight while on generic blue tops at 2iu day. I had some fat loss while on 4ius of Saizen.
