Ive just been givin a suggested protocol for hlog
And it says to do pre and post in equal amnts.
I dont know what the reasoning is exactly. Or if there is science behind this protocol but my only guess is that the slin with the carbs pre wo will enable you to do more in the gym in regards to upping weight/intensity ect.
Just my thoughts. And apparently it works really well considering alot of huge knowledgeable guys run it this way.
