Good morning Kubes
I did fasted cardio and bw exercises today.
Breakfast was Weetabix protein and Rooibos tea, lunch was a tuna sandwich, snack was a protein waffle.

Good day Kubes.
Fasted cardio, chest and back for me.
Breakfast was Wwetabix protein, 2 crackers with a tsp peanut butter, black tea. Lunch was crackers with light cream cheese and Marmite, snack was a protein cookie, dinner a Shakeology and Greek yogurt.

I had a rough start this morning for some reason. Went for an early workout before work and I forgot my food. I ended up training back and bis on an empty stomach which I thought would suck but I was fine. Workout went well.
