      I had a protein bar and muscle milk for lunch, was stuck on a job and didn’t have time to make a proper meal

      No gym today, ice storm coming in so it closed early

      8 Whites 2 Yolk 1 Ezekiel muffin Oj and pre workout. Trained back and shoulders today. 40 minutes cardio after training and post workout shake.
