Im beginning to think i need to chill out with my work outs. Been seeing allot of ppl doing shorter work outs and get results and i go in and go nuts every work out and im plateauing like a mfer

I train with weights for 45-1 hour intense and then do 40 minutes low intensity cardio right after keeping my bpm 130 or Lower and have been making gains for years

Honestly i got no right to bitch. Ik that overtraining is bad and i always mean to take it easy but everytime i get in the gym i always end up getting jacked up on endorphins and just don't stop till that sick feeling sets in.
Gonna make more of an effort to change it from now on tho.

Just did chest press machine 255lbs x 15!
For most of yall that ain't shit but for me that's fkin incredible.
My rotator cuff injury destroyed my upper body strength. With years of therapy, hgh peptides, and some deca, i went from not being able to lift 120 lbs to 255 x 15.
And im just getting started! Shit, i haven't even done a serious cycle yet.
