I share the same injury it sucks but you know what? I found other ways to work my chest and it’s gotten bigger. I don’t do flat at all anymore. I stick to incline decline cables and the machines that don’t bother it. Lots of pec deck

Same. It just really bothers me that om wesl at bench press. Squat, dead lift, bench press. The 3 benchmark lifts of any lifter.
Its just really upsetting to be weak in any of those movements.

But as a bodybuilder all that matters is creating muscle hypertrophy for growth. It takes a while to wrap our heads around it but the bottom line is lifting heavy day in and day out puts our tendons through to much trans and eventually they give out. As we get older to stay in this game we have to lift smarter. Dexter jackson swears by it
