      Today's workout was legs and a little abs and back. Warmed up with sprint/jog intervals on a long gradual hill. Then hit leg Ext, BB Back Squats, Low Rep PullUps, RDLs, BW Lying Leg Curls, 1Leg Calf Raises, Hanging Ab Crunches, Jumping Jacks between all sets.

      Meal 3 6 oz grilled chicken on whole wheat

      Meal 4 6 oz grilled chicken salad with Avocado

      Meal 5 same as 4
