      Cardio really does increase your appetite. Not being able to run outside makes it harder for me to really get the food down.

      I can't wait to get back to 100 percent so I can run again.

      Lat pull downs - 50 to 60 lb / 5 sets / 10 to 12 reps

      Reverse grip barbell row - 15 to 20 lb plates each side / 3 sets / 10 reps

      T bar row - 30 to 40 lb plates / 4 sets / 10 to 12 reps

      Dbl row - 30 to 35 lb / 3 sets / 10 reps

      Reverse grip dbl row - 25 to 30 lb / 3 sets / 10 reps

      seated dbl press - 20 lb / 3 sets / 10 reps

      lying tricep press - 15 lb dbl / 3 sets / 10 reps

      side lateral raises - 15 lb dbl / 3 sets / 10 reps

      Back at it but strength pretty much back to 2 weeks ago

      leg press - 150 to 170 lb / 5 sets / 10 to 15 reps

      leg curl - 25 lb / 3 sets / 10 to 12 reps

      wide squat - 15 lb dbl / 3 sets / 10 reps

      leg extension - 20 lb / 3 sets / 10 reps

      did forearms as well


      Late afternoon glute workout:

      dbl deadlift - 20 lb dbl / 3 sets / 10 reps

      feet together leg press - 120 lb / 3 sets / 12 to 15 reps

      side glutes raises - vest weight / 3 sets / 12 reps

      Yes I am giving him insulin 2 times ed. It’s a slow release insulin called vetsolin so it’s super important yo feed him at the exact same time each day and then give him his shots 15-30 minutes after eating. To get his glucose easing it’s easiest to prick his ear and then use the glucose meter. It’s tough but I have had him 9 years and he is worth it

      That’s crazy. Sounds like a lot of extra care and I hate to hear the little guy is havin health problems but also glad he is leveled out he has to feel better now. I’d say he has a pretty comfy life and is in good hands. I’m down to one dog and boy does he get treated good lol prob better than I do most days by my wife and kids Kubes-what are you training

      I did shoulder today:

      rope face pull - 30 to 40 lb / 5 sets / 10 to 12 reps

      bend rear lateral raises - 10 lb plate / 3 sets / 10 reps ( i put my hands inside the plate to grab it because i have plates that look like this )
