      Yeah that's it , I'm taken 100mcg of clen daily to keep the heart rate up , but yeah on those days I will just throw sum cardio better than overtraining and wrecking myself..

      100mcg and u still have a heart! Lol, I'll hit 100 3 days max then dose backwards, it's brutal
      The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!

      Ya my sweet spot is 60-80 depending if I run t3 with it

      I'll be getting some t3 shortly , this is my second week on clen I was going to do 2 weeks on 1 week off , but rather run it longer . Your body does get use to the clen . So I'm going to go as high as I can stay there for abit then drop it for a week and restart. Been good so far no cramping or headaches
