There are some better value for money out there , but the best one I have had is the rich piana one has everything you need in it , joint and liver protection + highest ratio of amino acids but it does get costly average price here is $60 a pop for a not so big tub . I've bought it around 5x but just thought I'd try this amino IV and it's good aswell.
plenty of info in my mrs wrote a blog on bcaas I'll find it and post it up alittle later off to the gym!!

Yeah never really bothered with peps apart from mt2 , heard and seen great results off igflr3 ,just the price you pay here in oz for peps u could get a few bottles of gear think rather take the gear , to be honest I've done HGH before bout 4 years back but man to expensive from a dr here I paided around 38k for a yr supply or just over had to see what all the fuzz was about but think I'd rather just use gear and a good diet if u can't get the results you want something is wrong ! Lol

      Alittle info for ya kubes

      Bcaa supplementation around the workout.

Supplementation around the workout is an ever increasing area for discussion. This article focuses upon pre workout supplementation and the benefits that arise through the use of various amino acids and their co-factors.

Branch chain amino acids are considered the building blocks of the muscle - they consist of leucine, isoleucine and valine.
Leucine helps provide support to lean muscle tissue aswell as providing energy- specifically during training, furthermore leucine actively opens a pathway known as Mtor which stimulates muscle protein synthesis.

Isoluecine- helps play a role in the production of heamaglobin which is obviously essential to any athlete as this carries oxygen to the working muscles.

Valine- this plays a role in aiding the immune system aswell as detoxification of nitrogen in the liver

Bcaa's are the three of the eight essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself, therefore must be acquired through food to allow for maximal muscle growth to occur. Bcaa's are considered to be the most important amino acids for growth as they account for 35percent of muscle mass. Furthermore they form antibodies and carry oxygen throughout the body. Of the three amino acids Leucine is considered to be the most anabolic, this is due to ability to induce and insulin response. Insulin is accountable for the uptake of circulating blood sugar into the muscle and liver aswell as the uptake of amino acids. Due to the importance of Leucine it is needed in higher percentages compared to the other aminos to allow for optimal protein synthesis to occur, this is due to leucine being a limiting nutrient.

What are the actual benefits of ingesting bcaas pre workout?

During exercise the body is in a catabolic state, at this stage protein synthesis is halted, however through the ingestion of bcaas protein synthesis continues which will aid in the recovery and repair of the muscle which obviously results in a larger muscle occurring quicker.

      ill post that blog shortly...

BCAA's SUPPLEMENTS -Branched Chain Amino Acids

Below is some information on the benefits of taking a BCAA supplement

My partner and I take our BCAA in powder form which you add a scoop to 1L of water
You can get capsule form but I like to have the drink as it tastes great and gets my water levels up for the day as I drink 1litre whilst at the gym each morning.
At the moment we are using a brand Physique Enhancing Science AMINO IV (mango splash) tastes great....
It is good value for money and has a higher ratio of leucine than other brands
1.17kgs which gives you 90 serves, We paid approx AU$79.00
Most supplement stores will match prices, in my case the guys at my local store will match any price I find online.

Dieting down will get you shredded, but it might also have a negative affect on the size of your muscles. BCAAs can help protect your muscles against the catabolic effects of dieting and weightloss

Dieting is catabolic, which means it can lead to muscle breakdown, for several reasons. The leaner your body gets, the more likely it is you will lose muscle mass as the body tries harder to hold onto fat stores. In doing so, the body will turn to muscle to satisfy its energy needs. (Negative affect on people who are trying to retain muscle)

Study's show people who consume the recommended amount of amino acids which contain BCAA with every meal have less visceral belly fat and more muscle mass

Since your body can not manufacture BCAA's, they must be supplied through your diet. These amino acids are needed for the maintenance of muscle tissue during physical stress and intense exercise.

BCAA's stimulate production of insulin, the main function of which is to allow circulating blood sugar to be taken up by the muscle cells and used as a source of energy.

BCAAs in supplement form, however, are free-form, require no digestion, and are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream. They spike blood amino acid levels to a much greater and faster extent than peptide-bound aminos. Even a few grams of free-form BCAAs will spike BCAA plasma levels to a much greater extent than 30 grams of whey protein, thereby impacting protein synthesis and protein degradation to a much greater degree.

The reason BCAA supplements have such a powerful effect on blood-BCAA levels is that, unlike other amino acids, BCAAs are not significantly metabolized by the small intestine or the liver. Therefore, an oral supplement is more like a BCAA infusion because it reaches the bloodstream so rapidly.

Branched-chain amino acids supplements, commonly referred to as BCAA's, are very popular with athletes these days, who are searching for ways to increase lean mass and performance. The branched chain amino acids are Valine, Leucine, and Iso-leucine. One popular idea is that BCAA's can move through the blood to the brain and decrease the production of serotonin in the brain's interior, thereby lowering mental fatigue by reducing the amount of serotonin, which can create a sense of tiredness. A fair amount of scientific research supports this hypothesis

New studies have shown that dieting groups supplementing with BCAAs (like leucine) increase muscle retention and maximize fat loss much more effectively than non-supplemented groups. That's the bottom line, more muscle mass , equals a greater percentage of lost body fat.

The Breakdown of benefits of BCAA supplements
+They reduce muscle soreness from intense muscle damaging exercises
      +Helps delay fatigue
+Maximizes FAT LOSS due to maintaining muscle mass
      +Increases workout intensity
+Supplementing bcaa makes up 40% of your daily requirement of all 9 essential amino acids
      +No side effects

      Thanks for reading guys...
