Good morning Kubes.
I did cardio again today.
Breakfast was an apple, goat cheese and an Activia yoghurt with chia seeds, lunch was steamed parsnip and grated goat cheese, snack was a protein cookie, dinner was a double scooped Shakeology and an Activia yoghurt.
