Based on your pics your bf% has got to be somewhere in the mid to high 30's. Using 30% (which is a conservative number) means you'd have to lose 52.6 lbs of FAT and get down to 210.4 lbs. I don't know how to say this gently - you REALLY screwed up and let yourself go and now it's time to spend the time AND effort to fix it the right way and that's not by doing what you have planned. Drop that ridiculous cycle above - start using the Metformin (I think the recommended dose is 800mg three times a day though but double check to be sure) and begin a solid workout AND cardio program and learn all you can about nutrition and eating properly and macro splits and everything else you need to know to change yourself for good and most importantly become healthier.
