Never done a log before. Not sure how this is going to go.
Goal is to recomp
Age 30
Height 5'11"
Current weight 263 bf unknown
Goal 225 - 235 @ 10% bf
I have run a few cycles in the past , trying mast prop for the first time.
Cycle outline ( open to suggestions)
12 weeks
1cc Cut mix 50/50/50 eod
1cc mast prop eod
500mcg hgh frag 2x daily
Metformin 500mgs 3 x daily
Cialis 20mg daily
Clen ramp up then cycle off 2 weeks to avoid saturation
T3 ramp up ?? Need some advice on this one, never used it before
Macros later
Workouts later
Anything else I need to log that i should include??
Will have wife take before pics and measurements
Im currently cruising on 250 test enanthate atm. Waiting on some goodies yet.
Is there anything I should add/delete/modify here guys?
Note: I work 12 hour swing shifts , thank god I have a key to a local gym. I am doing this log to hold myself accountable. As stated before this is a first so any help/support will be very appreciated.
