Bens lean bulk cycle

Morning BOP family. Been a busy week. Got in a killer leg day yesterday. Can barely walk today. Bout to bring my bulk log to a close. Going to run trt starting next week for a few months or more. Go back to my endurance training for a bit. Might run a tren and test cyle before summer starts. Big maybe. I gotta see how my training is going. Have a great Monday guys.

Wrapping this log up. Didn't quite make the gains I was set too but physically I feel and look bigger. Just a bump in the road. I'm taking a little trt break then I will log another cycle soon. Thanks for the support BOP family. Feel free to pm me. I will be lurking around the board. Lol

Been a interesting and inspiring read following your journey (in between your 20 good mornings per day, im lucky if I get two 'wats up cunt' a day!!) .. the time to take a rest comes for us all. Especially us old bastards...id say the board can thank you for your support actually..

thought you would see the humour!! I expect some of the usa boys are horrified!!! its one of my favourite pictures... my mum was 4'11. im told I have son of short person disease. I used to defend and guard her till punches were thrown im told!!! all b4 I was a 10yo.....
