I still can’t figure out how dafuq they get it there so fast... I swear after that 30day wait period, my shit showed up 3 days later on the re-ship... so either they were on top of it and already shipped prior to my messaging at 30days... or they’re magic lol... cause it was here 3 days later, no joke... shit beat most my domestic order times... either way, they did as they said they would... I gotta give them that... at least I know for a fact they’ll get you your shit. Just gotta trust the process and be patient.. but knowing you’ll get it, is huge imo ;0)

Today... today was my bitch... I owned this day... seriously feels good... smashed work to the point I had a few moments to take some breaks while I waiting on the others to catch up... my energy stayed elevated most of the day... I did not experience any muscle fatigue what so ever... and brothers, I was a wrenching like a mad man in that new warehouse lol... all my measurements and cuts worked out just right...
Got home and almost listened to my head to just stay... so tired I said... so early to wake up all week... I deserve a day to rest after work... stfu brain! I get two days in a row every weekend... kick rocks sucka
Went to the gym and banged out legs and threw in some back... I did skip the cardio machine though lol... I’ll get that back on track soon. I kept the weight mid-high repoing between 4-6 each set... really wanted to make myself work for it today.. I even added, successfully, a few plates onto the leg press sled... testing the waters... my butthole didn’t blow out now did it feel like it... so I’m happy if I can stack just the 6 plates each side and get to workout with that moving forward... 6 hard reps anyway, so I have a some strength to build there... I want to try a max one day... but I’ll wait until the doctor gives me a thumbs up to go for it... I’d be really bummed to undo everything I’ve been paying out the ass for... and apparently walking lunges are beyond my ability... my blown out ear messes with my equilibrium and it’s times like doing walking lunges that it really shines and lets me know it’s still there lol my legs must be late bloomers... other than veins popping up lately, no real size has been added... so maybe the double up on legs in a week... should be something I really consider until size starts showing up...
