Y'all don't even really need much time off the Var either. 1-2 months tops. As soon as your done with your cycle pop milk thistle like it is candy for a month - get the liver enzymes back in order. Get bloods pulled and make sure everything is as it should be and go again!

I have MrsBot on NAC while on cycle for liver protection. You don't want to take the milk thistle while taking oral steroids as it will diminish the effectiveness. You can also take Tudca while on cycle but for as low a dose Var as you all are on, the cost outweighs the benefit imo.

Yessuh. I was planning 4 weeks.

Also, I've been taking milk thistle for years. Probably about 6 to be exact. My liver got shitty on me from my careless party days. I've been taking it this whole cycle. Habit. Lol maybe I'll get some NAC. But that milk thistle healed my little guy up nicely. Makes me paranoid to give it up


It's soo much cheaper for us women to run cycles then it is for men. We dont need much. And theres not much we can take safely.

Next cycle you should stop the milk thistle for sure. The liver is pretty amazing. I abused drugs and alcohol for YEARS to the point where I damn near had cirrhosis of the liver. Motherfucker bounced back. 8 years clean and sober and my liver enzymes come back good. They were a bit elevated when I was taking 150 mg of var/day for about 6 weeks. I stopped and within a month everything was back to normal.
