Haha yea yea yea. So I am tryin to create my typical meals on there and go ahead and input what I plan on eating. Yesterday I just input whatever I ate at that particular time which turned out time consuming. Gonna try to do it today at the end of day...see what works best for me. You do yours first thing of the day right?

yeah... i wake up, have my coffee and punch everything.
give it a couple of days to get into the swing of things and it'll go much quicker. most of my meals stay the same for a while so, it's literally just clicking the same shit over and over.

I use to when I raised a garden and had beets and my juicer but I just buy it now from Aldis. “VitaLife Beet Red Cold Pressed Juice” good noot profile. I love me some beets.
My grandma makes canned beets and I will drink that juice but it’s pretty vinegary. Damn I miss my juicer and garden...
About 2-3x a year I’ll do a week cleanse with mostly veggie juice and I’ll throw some fruit in too. I always feel amazing and ready to roll afterwards; real good for renewing digestive system especially eating a lot of protein.

Unless your getting ready for a show you have to live a little brother. If your getting ready for a show that is a different story but if your not. Following your nutrition plan 80 percent of the time will keep you close enough that you can reach most of your goals in a very short period of time
