I have had to substitute protein shakes for meals due to my stomach issues. Portion size for food has dramatically decreased.

I work nights so my eating times are all out of whack 3 nights a week.

I only got 4 hours of sleep today and 4 hours of sleep yesterday. I'll only get about 3 hours of sleep tomorrow as well.

Your log is definitely well organized. Your experience shows.
I kind of log in real time. I use Google docs on my phone and just type things out as I'm doing it. Just cut and paste into a post. Makes things easier for me

I have a heavy schedule but don't pull overnights and staggered at that... that can be a pain in the ass.
