Found out Saturday night my 30 year old son has cancer lymphoma Hoskins something the kind that comes back he’s in chemo now but doc said it would eventually be back I haven’t spoken to eitwjr him or my daughter in over 5 years and I’ve done everything I can do to contact them and they won’t respond so I just gave up I’ve done all I can do it’s heartbreaking man I tell ya

This mornings workout was cardio, dips, and pull ups. 4 rounds of grease the groove pull ups, dips, various mobility movements, jog down the street and back. Not worried about distance, just getting blood moving, total workout time 30min.
