      Todays workout was a good yoga and mobility session then just cardio

      Rogue Echo Bike 3.1mile in 10min, with a 30second max effort sprint added at the 7min mark.

      Today's workout started with a quick yoga and mobility session, a cold shower, a hot shower, and 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike at a cruise pace with 1 max effort sprint towards the end for 20sec up to 1200watts.
      Arms, chest, shoulders, and back

      Straight bar cable tricep pushdowns(different cable than usual) 70lbs x22 dropset to 60lbs x7

      Chin Ups +25lbs x4

      Band Lateral Raises x1min of iso holds at the top to failure then pump reps, repeat

      Nautilus machine lat pullovers 170lbs x19

      Strive machine Seated OH Press 8plates x14

      Deadlift machine farmers holds 180lbs x:60sec

      Strive machine incline chest Press 8plates x19

      Strive machine preacher curls 10plates x13 dropset to 7plates x4

      Bent over cable OH Tricep Ext 50lbs x22

      DC style stretching after final sets.
