Very odd indeed! I experienced zero change on my mood. Maybe something else is at work?? Hopefully it subsided; I am glad your training regardless. You the man and remember; you control you!!

I use my maxmuscle wood piece to make me happy and remember the tougher times you have been through; it helps humble me. #seriously

Thank you Max I appreciate your words. Maybe today I should try my best to think about other things to chill me out at work. Hitting legs tonight to blow off steam.

That is a good plan. Think about those guys with MS or MD and people less fortunate. You have it all! Stay positive and don’t let negative thoughts control your day or week!

I didnt know cardarine affected temper. But I really dont know much about it at all. Hopefully your body adjusts. Keep killing it, well the weights. Hooefully not someone from a cardarine rage attack, lol.

I've never heard of anger issues either, today has been better so maybe it was just stress and coincidence with the timing. Tonight might be a cardio night

Actually it dawned on me while taking my vitamins/supplements before bed that I just finished PCT. The short temper the past few days was most likely caused by my raise in natural test production. The fluctuation in hormone levels could cause mood swings hence the short fuse. I am however feeling better today, guess it's time to ride the natty train for a bit I suppose.

Different workout today, I did a circuit through pull ups, BB curls, BB rows, BB OH Press, and tricep Pushdowns with cables. It was a good workout felt strong.
