-Weeks 1-14:
Sustanon - 750mg / week - 250mg eod
NPP - 700mg / week - 100mg ed
EQ - 900mg / week - 300mg eod
Proviron - 50mg /day (may adjust up)
Nolva - 10mg / day
Arimidex - 1/4 mg e3d, eod, or Ed as needed
Caber - on hand
-Weeks 10-14:
Var - 80mg/day - split am/pm
Goal:
GET BIG!
I am starting at 199 lbs. KY goal is to do a clean bulk. I would like to SEE AT LEAST 210lbs by the end with minimal to no fat gain.
Diet:
I am gonna try to keep it around 3500 calories a day. Chicken breast, lean meats, broccoli, rice, protein shakes, oats, tuna, you know - the basics.

WORK:
We will be doing two 6 week John Meadows training programs, Project Collossus and Odin Force, with a two week deload in the middle.
