I draw oil with 21 and pin with 23 in glutes
Where are you pinning ,?

I pin on glutes. I have lots of 23 gauge I just don't want to feel like a sore pincushion with so many pins every other day. Other people have told me you can pin Tren Ace with a slin pin.

Ok i didn't know a slin pin can get deep enough but we learn something new every day
If you can handle tren A sides and get good results from it you can try Tren E next cycle as you only need to pin test and tren twice a week using same syringe

wide grip pullups 8x6 (215lb - 80lbs = 135lbs)
Seated Cable Rows with parallel wide grip attachment. 4x12 120lbs

Dumbbell Hammer Curls Seated 4x12 30lbs
Preacher dumbbell curls 4x12 (80lbs total on preacher curl machine)

Incline Bench Rear Laterals 4x12 20lbs
Walked 4 miles.
The pullups felt the most tiring. Did 8x6 instead to keep the rep count the same.
For meals I can only keep up with 4 or 5 meals a day. Thinking about taking a shake with me to the gym to squeeze in that extra meal.
