I had Duck Carnitas at this fancy Mexican restaurant so, I tried to re-create that meal and I think mine was even better! Mmm . I had Chicken for the ones who wouldn’t eat duck

Hit my favorite taco Truck - 2 al pastor , 2 Asada , 2 Lengua !! So delicious! If I’m on low carbs I just get a mixed bowl of meats , beans, peppers , & veggies …but I’m not on low carbs ! Should fuel a great workout

Well the seafood was for breakfast and I happened to be in my old neighborhood so I had to get tacos ! Delicious. But, I didn’t know my sisters were grilling up lamb chops for me and a few friends. So the shrimp and cod dinner is will be for two meals tomorrow. Omg , I love lamb chops ! Like meat lollipops with all the freshness , sides and the homemade pita! All warm ! Mm . After training and work I came home to this plate and about had an orgasm! I’m definitely finding myself going to multiple gyms (way out of the way to meet new, locals) lol. Such a pig but this zphc mast/Superdrol has me seeking out new ass like a Pit bull looking for some bitches ! That one worked, Lol . There isn’t anything wrong with my appetite I’ll tell you that much . The Ztropin is strong and my hands and arms are doing that thang(numbness) ! I have to sleep on my back with pillows under my arms but I’m used to it ! Half the time I sleep on the theater recliner anyway which sound odd but as a bodybuilder, Having a 46” wide power recliner is super comfortable!

As you can see , I actually am having this by choice; I rarely eat lunch meats due to the high amount of my prepped food. It has to be Eaten for the amount of days I decided to cook for (usually 4 days of meals), but I forgot that I don’t like to have certain seafood sitting in refrigerator for over 36 hrs(just smell and I like it fresh). Well, I ran through more than a days worth and was hella hungry after training, post workout shake (didn’t even quell my sweet tooth). I grabbed - 2 green apples w Tajin low sod., orange , 3 Mozz sticks, and Natural Oven Roasted Turkey 7oz pack(nitrite/nitrates free), and Lil Isolate in Fairlife milk . These are mainly snack foods if I am babysitting or I have some of the youngins hanging out(I have Decent Basketball court drive way(very low traffic), everyone ends up at my house in the neighborhood to either shake me down for good food or use my gym or my hoop! Lol
I actually enjoy it because it’s a Tight neighborhood and they all look out for you and your shit . I cannot remember opening the front door forever (just to pick up stray packages). Pretty much keep the Gayrage (lol) open for the guys, girls , and a few couples that train w me. Unending food! It’s never enough until I pass out !

Beyond training and trying not to indulge. My Nana took her grandchildren to the Hawks Celtics game. I sent in my bets for the Hawks and was amazed I won! Just got done making my cousins 18th Birthday dinner and we watched “Nobody” w Bob Odenkirk; it was badass! The food was ridiculous. Got him set up with a 19 year old for later (my aunt will kill me if she finds out!) . He smiled as they just left my house ! Now its time to get laid , headed out for my cuz’s real Presents!!

Worked super late, so my training was right before work. Had a great workout and some good meals. Thank god I packed my protein shakes, supps , and snacks because all the food around was super bad, rich fatty foods.
My strength is really good right now which is good. My back is feeling strong as well as my legs so that is great. I’m looking loving the Zphc line and am excited to start long esters weeks 9-12 . Pinning daily is what it is, I’m definitely a compete maniac in the sex drive department. Lol .

I will be sharing some upcoming plans (new experiments are to be done, some that I’ve never seen done on a human(that showed us) but it has been my whole life of past self experimentation w solid research & documentation. My cousins made Carnitas ! The CoQ10 is part of an article and experiment in doing currently(I’ll explain later) those were free CoQ10 I collected from my grandparents. The coffee is a fresh, handmade nitro brew that was about the best thing I had last night before my workout . My hours are jacked and my allergies don’t like these hours. (Just dust) ! But once I get the Caffeine in me ! It all goes away ! Lol.
