Max’s Experiment Log
Cycle Plan:{not at the listed level yet: closer}
•Beligas Beltropin Gh: 10iu IM, One Dose:
{only taken on Mon-Wed-Fri} post workout for now, may change to AM or Bedtime
•Sermorelin Forte Plus-ghrp6/ghrp2/semorelin {prescribed}250-350mcg before bed, Sub-Q {Tue-Thur-Sat-Sun}*
•Beligas Cialis 5mg daily
•Beligas T3 or T4{t4 for now,mcg changes}
•Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed
•Test Undecanoate 75mg per week
{It is a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed
given by Nurse every 10 weeks@ clinic
•Proviron- 25mg: 12.5 am/pm daily
Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, slin supp{custom},BetaTor
Lifting Method/Style:
I do light-moderate weight for my first 3 sets and then my 5 rep max for the last two, adding weight close to max on last. I am using a controlled, slower tempo{alone and just enjoying getting perfect form down} to avoid injury, lack of Plate Variety.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday

Deadlift or Rack Pulls 5 sets x 5 reps
Bench Press 5 sets x 5 reps
Overhead Press 5 sets x 5 reps

Also: I change or add exercise: grip or complete exercise sometimes. Below
Sunday - OFF*
•Wednesday-
•Cardio- 35min 3.9mph 4.0 mph
~lack of plate variety; I am lifting slower and whatever I have to do tear that tissue~
All 5 sets of 5, 3 warm up: 2 working(listed)
•Squats - 255, 285(shortened rest times)
•Barbell Rows{shoulder witdth}- 185, 205lb
•30 deg. incline Barbell Bench Press- 255, 255
•Standing OH Barbell Miltary Press- 135, 145lb
I am starting to see equipment online again which is cool...just wish it was what I wanted and at the regular price{which is crazy to pay manufacturer retail}. I am good for now, it is pretty bad when you know huge gym and industry people and even they are waiting on China for their company inventory. Never buy anything 3rd party on amazon, Walmart, and especially EBay. Lol
Shit is getting real!! Have a feeling that a blast may be in the future faster than planned but; Gotta control those urges until the proper time. Had Ahi Tuna and chicken and 96/4 lean beef all day with powders and tons of vegetables and nuts. Kept my carbs below 300g today{low for me considering I had 150g mixed carbs post workout alone!
Checking out a lot of new supplements across this forum. Pretty impressed with some new exciting supps! Sleepy and libido is really high! Random erections, must be gh increasing other things. Oh well. Stay Safe and eat your vegetables!! Lol

I've been on a hummus kick lately, it makes eating veggies so easy. I might start looking at making equipment again if everything closes this winter again. I had a design for some very professional looking concrete DBs and KBs.

I love hummus and a plate a raw vegetables

35min Treadmill 4.5mph
•Weighted Dips - 4 sets 6-8 reps 45lb plate(no lean)
•Barbell Skullcrushers - 4 sets 6-8 reps 95, 95lbs
•Banded glute Kick- 4 sets 6-8 reps used foot attachment. Practicing different tensions while concentrating on muscle.
Very Busy today after a long slumber. My workout was a lot of testing out different ways to use for abductor/adductor/ glute exercises. I am constantly eating and hungry. Another shipment of isolate singles
With two metal shakers that hold powder inside with lid and pull divider, which is pretty cool. Ordered USA but the shakers came from UK. Have to travel Late Saturday for a couple days. No Covid for me! Just doing some work with one individual that has been tested. Get to drive a Tesla Elec car which is cool. I, {well not me} mapped my route through charging stations so I definitely am not going to be stuck on a highway! Lol. Bowflex sent email like dumbbells were in stock. When you read closely; it had a 3 month delay but they wanted Debit/Cc now{lam}! My muscles are very sore but good sore. My caffeine intake has been 1 extra serving: drowsier than usual. Loving a lot of logs going, see a lot of different plans I like. Have a good day/evening.

Trying your workout for a week starting tomorrow. It's a rare occasion for me to be stuck at home and be consistent. So this is the time to try something like this.

I was jet set on the concrete, wood and metal scaffolding/scrap. Until the gift of gifts was somehow willed to me. It is Like they Vibes me! Things happen for a reason. Just need more variety of bumpers : 300lb {with barbell} and no dumbbells is not ideal but, I make up for it with technique or bands {stress/intensity}
