Killed my abs and calves!! Keep having to shower, wash my hands. Sleep/rest is very sporadic and but am thankful for getting it!
Have my mind on finishing job and getting back to the home environment: nothing else.
The Kitchen is calling my name! Ran out of my Hulk Sauce, of course. I am going to eat all seafood, raw veg, fresh fruit, grains for a week with supplement powders when I get home. Extra extra calories from organic, non enriched, fresh buckwheat soba noodles. My girl found a specialty store that makes them by hand. They have to be refrigerated and eaten within 4 days. 160 carbs per pack!! I love Bonito broth w garlic/ginger for a good seafood soup bowl filled with raw seafood or thin sliced meat dropped in and covered in 5-6 min at table. Omg! Time to eat!
