If I had the money(keyword). On the GH : I like 4iu daily and keep ramping up 1 extra IU every 4weeks until your at 10iu daily, then taper down back to 2-3 ius maintenance 5/2. IME/IMO.

You're right, I know lazily I will hit 10% so that was conservative but since I do strict keto and 20-4 IF sometimes OMAD, I think getting to 7-8% is doable with enough cardio.
I actually ended up dropping the mast, at first since I got a really good deal on it I wanted to run it but I'm going to save it for another time.
From what I gathered mast shouldn't be ran instead of an ai but only with one.
For 16 weeks worth of bulking, what would you consider a good regime?
Also I am going to up gh to 6 iu eod instead of 4iu.

Honestly..
some good ole Test/NPP/GH will getcha your goalz and maybe then some..
i wouldnt go nuts... its not neccessary imo..

You can’t gonwrong with the NPP. I am currently running it @ 700mg a week. I never had any experience with it till anout 3 months ago. All I can say is WOW.. all the effects of deca except for the massive water weight. If I was running 700mg of traditional deca I would be bloated out. No water with NPP..OP listen to Rad. give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

I definitely have to read up a bit more on NPP to run it safely but I always hear good things.
Would it be safe to throw that in this current cycle or should I wait until next time?
Is NPP used to cut only or can you maintain leanness on a bulk with it?

So are you bulking or cutting? Npp can be used for either, but I think it's way better for bulking.
Do you cruise or use trt? If not I would start my test at 250, then in 6 weeks bump it up to 500. I would also consider using an oral the last 4-6 weeks when you plateau. If you are bulking, I would use one that holds little water to no water retention. Sd, var, tbol

I’m cutting on GH, keto and IF next six weeks and start aas to start bulking in May.
This will be the first cycle I’ve ran in almost two years.
I want to low dose the test with primo so will probably do 350/wk test e and just leave it there.
So which in your experience is better Var or NPP? I have a ton of Var left over from last cycle.

Start with 250mg test and bump it up 6-8weeks. I have actually ran var and npp together before. It was an awesome stack. Muscles were so full and veiny. You will gain a little water while using npp, but nothing like decca. If you decide to use npp, have caber on hand. Npp is fast acting so you could always use testosterone prop with it.
I like eq and how my body responds. Everyone is different. Gains are very slow, but no water retention. EQ should be ran 15 weeks or so. May want to donate blood if you go this route to help with hemoglobin
If it was me, I would use 1 test cyp. I did this last year on my rebound. It was amazing! It helped keep fat off as I introduced my body to carbs and fats again
